I got the Willie and Max also.
I took off the seats. Front seat comes off and it becomes obvious how to take off the back seat.
I ignored the presense of the voltage regulator and laid the yoke right above it (have not smelled any burning yet!). It just fits in the available space. Also just fitting is the bag in front of the turn signals. I feel lucky because it seems as if it may not have worked as well with other bags. I adjusted the yoke strings so that its was as short and held the bags as high as possible.
I bought the Suzuki support rails. I got mini-bungee cords from Target and attached the bottom loops of the bags to the supports with the bungee cords (which you really can't see).
